Olympic Style Session II Month

Middle & high school wrestling will focus on the Olympic styles of wrestling; Freestyle and Greco-roman. The seven basic skills of wrestling will be reviewed and learned along with advanced gymnastics and aerobic games. Weight training will be introduced but performed during personal time of wrestler.
