Shipping Service:
To deliver your product on time School of Wrestling And Training Association, Inc. will use UPS ground transportation. The product will be delivered to the customer approximately for 4-5 business days. Once the product has been shipped School of Wrestling And Training Association, Inc. will not be responsible if there is damage or receiving delay while the product is in transit. The damaged product needs to be shipped back to School of Wrestling And Training Association, Inc. - warehouse at: P.O. Box 7346, West Palm Beach, Florida 33405-9998 with the copy of notification of payment or copy of invoice from School of Wrestling And Training Association, Inc. . The customer is uncharged of the shipping cost if the dummy is damaged during proper us. Before shipping back to School of Wrestling And Training Association, Inc., a mandatory photo is required to be e-mailed to info@flswat.org or mailed to the main office at School of Wrestling And Training Association, Inc. P.O. Box 7346, West Palm Beach, Florida 33405-9998. School of Wrestling And Training Association, Inc. will reappear or replace the damaged dummy for 15 days from the day of receiving. School of Wrestling And Training Association, Inc. warrants its product to be free from defects in materials or workmanship during normal use.

This warrantee is valid only if our products have been handled and used for purposes witch designed and normal use. All defects related to materials and manufacturing are covered. This warranty does not cover cosmetic items (scratches, scuff marks, denting or compression from incorrect storage, fading, discoloring or weathering, normal war and tear or damage due to neglect or vandalism. The above warrantee commences on the date of School of Wrestling And Training Association, Inc. shipment. Should a defect arise during the warrantee period School of Wrestling And Training Association, Inc. ,will upon notification in writing of the defect, correct such nonconformity, either by repairing the defect, or by making available a replacement at the desecration of School of Wrestling And Training Association, Inc. .

No Product should be returned without written permission from School of Wrestling And Training Association, Inc.

Loss or Damage in Transit
School of Wrestling And Training Association, Inc. is not responsible for loss or damage in transit. Our responsibility ends when the carrier signs the bill of lading, which is our receipt that shipment was made complete and in good condition. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the product against damage before signing the bill of lading. Any damage should be noted on the freight bill before it is signed.
